Fair Use of Bonuses

1. Eligibility & Registration

By completing the registration process, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. bevisa reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age at any time, including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, or birth certificate issued by a competent authority.
Geographic Restrictions
It is the sole responsibility of the player to ensure that accessing and using the bevisa platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. bevisa makes no representation that its services are appropriate or legally available in any specific location. Players who access the platform from restricted jurisdictions do so at their own risk and may have their accounts suspended without notice.
Accurate Information
When registering an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address or mobile number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and entitles bevisa to suspend or close the account immediately, with all balances subject to review.
You may hold only one registered account on the bevisa platform. Any duplicate accounts discovered will be merged or closed at bevisa's sole discretion, and any associated bonuses or pending withdrawals may be forfeited.
Warning: Registering an account on behalf of another person, using a false identity, or providing inaccurate personal information are all serious breaches of these Terms and may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all funds held on the platform.
2. Deposits & Withdrawals
Supported Channels
bevisa currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and major international card networks where applicable. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Specific minimum and maximum limits for each payment method are displayed at the point of transaction within the cashier section of the platform.
Credit Timelines
Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to the player's account balance within a few minutes of a successful transaction confirmation. bevisa accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or mobile banking system maintenance windows. If a deposit is not credited within two hours of a confirmed transaction, the player should contact support at [email protected] with proof of transaction.
Withdrawal Processing & Verification
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit where technically possible. bevisa reserves the right to require identity verification, including submission of government-issued identification, before processing any withdrawal. This verification requirement exists to protect players from unauthorised access to their funds and to comply with anti-money laundering obligations.
Withdrawal requests are typically reviewed and processed within 24 to 72 hours of submission, subject to the completion of any required verification steps. bevisa does not guarantee processing times and accepts no liability for delays resulting from incomplete verification documents or third-party payment system issues.
Fund Source Requirements
Players must only deposit funds that belong to them and that have been legitimately obtained. The use of the bevisa platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities. Any account suspected of involvement in financial crime will be suspended immediately and all funds frozen pending investigation.
3. Bonuses & Promotions
Wagering Requirements
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional credits offered by bevisa are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The applicable wagering requirement for each offer will be stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms and conditions at the time the offer is presented. Players must meet the full wagering requirement before any bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable funds.
Player Qualification
Each promotion specifies its own eligibility criteria, which may include minimum deposit amounts, participation in specific game categories, or registration within a defined time window. bevisa reserves the right to exclude any player from a specific promotion at its sole discretion, particularly where there is evidence of prior bonus abuse or where the player's account is under review.
Prohibited Bonus Behaviour
The following activities constitute bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited on the bevisa platform:
- Opening multiple accounts to claim the same welcome offer more than once.
- Placing opposing bets (arbitrage or "hedge" betting) using bonus funds to lock in a guaranteed return regardless of outcome.
- Coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures.
- Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place wagers while a bonus is active.
Where bonus abuse is identified, bevisa reserves the right to void all bonus balances, reverse any associated winnings, and close the account without prior notice.
Seasonal Promotions: bevisa offers dedicated bonus promotions aligned with major Bangladeshi events including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, and major cricket tournaments such as BPL and T20 World Cup. 4. Game Rules & Betting
Certified Random Outcomes
All casino games available on the bevisa platform — including slots, live dealer games, and crash game titles — use certified random number generation (RNG) technology supplied by the respective game providers. bevisa does not alter game outcomes. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each title is determined by the game provider and may be found in the individual game's information panel.
Bet Settlement & Void Bets
Sports betting markets on the bevisa platform are subject to official sporting results as recognised by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board for domestic cricket fixtures, the ICC for international matches, FIFA for football). In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed, or void, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for that sport and market type as published in the bevisa betting rules documentation. Void bets are returned to the player's balance at the original stake amount.
Technical Errors
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure during a game round or live betting event, bevisa reserves the right to void the affected bet or round and return the stake to the player's account. Winnings resulting from a clearly erroneous payout — such as an odds display error or a software bug — may be reversed at bevisa's discretion. bevisa accepts no liability for losses arising from connection failures on the player's side.
Wager Limits
bevisa reserves the right to impose maximum stake limits on individual markets, individual players, or across the platform as a whole. These limits may be applied without prior notice. 5. Account & Security
Player Obligations
You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your bevisa account. This includes all wagers placed, all deposits made, and all withdrawals requested, regardless of whether those actions were taken by you or by a third party who gained access to your credentials. bevisa strongly recommends using a unique, strong password for your account and enabling any two-factor authentication feature where available.
Grounds for Suspension
bevisa reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account under the following circumstances, without limitation:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Suspected fraudulent activity, identity fraud, or use of stolen payment methods.
- Chargeback requests filed against legitimate bevisa transactions.
- Failure to provide requested identity verification documents within a reasonable timeframe.
- Evidence that the account holder is under 21 years of age.
- At the player's own written request for self-exclusion or account closure.

6. Liability & General Provisions
Platform Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bevisa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or financial losses arising from reliance on information displayed on the platform. bevisa's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
English Language Controls
These Terms & Conditions are written and published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version of these Terms and any translated version, the English version shall prevail in all circumstances.
Changes to These Terms
bevisa reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bevisa will endeavour to notify registered players via their registered contact method. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
